If you’re a solopreneur working from home, it can feel a little isolating at times. Virtual co-working with the Bloom community offers connection, accountability, and the encouragement you need to finally make progress on the things that matter. What to expect ✨ → rotating topic and open discussion → connection with other entrepreneurs → focused co-working (with fun tunes 🎶) → group discussion or breakout rooms for supportive peer review & feedback There’s something powerful about carving out space for peer feedback. As solopreneurs, we’re often creating in a vacuum—so having others reflect back their insights helps you feel seen, supported, and confident that you’re moving in the right direction.

Cancellation Policy
1. Overview These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in Bloom Co-working (“Workshop”) or Welcome With Intention Workshop (“Workshop”) hosted by LeDuc Marketing LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. 2. Workshop Structure & Attendance The Workshop is a live, small-group educational experience designed to foster collaboration, accountability, and peer feedback. Participants are expected to attend all live sessions. You may miss up to one live session, but no replays or recordings will be provided. If you miss a session, you’ll retain access to the shared materials but will not receive individual make-up sessions or peer review time. 3. Payment & Refund Policy Payment is due in full at registration. All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued after purchase. If the Workshop is canceled or rescheduled by LeDuc Marketing LLC, participants will be notified and offered the option to transfer to the new date or receive a credit toward a future program. 4. Access & Intellectual Property All materials, templates, and resources provided are for personal use only. You may not copy, share, distribute, or repurpose them for commercial use or to create your own derivative offerings without written permission. 5. Conduct & Community This Workshop is designed to provide a supportive, collaborative environment. Participants are expected to engage respectfully with others. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates these Terms—without refund. 6. Disclaimer of Results LeDuc Marketing LLC provides educational guidance, resources, and strategy tools; however, outcomes depend on individual effort, implementation, and business context. No guarantees of specific results or revenue are made. 7. Limitation of Liability By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless LeDuc Marketing LLC, its representatives, and affiliates from any liability related to your participation, including but not limited to technical issues, missed sessions, or results of applying workshop material. 8.
